Yeah, they used to be illegal in Georgia too. Now there are just strict age restrictions and unannounced inspections to make sure there is no alcohol (or drugs) on the premises. Not only is it illegal to tattoo someone who is under the influence of alcohol, there can't be any alcohol on the premises at all. Even if the person getting the tattoo is stone cold sober, their friends can't be sitting in the lobby drinking a beer. Um, ok. [img]graemlins/hmmm.gif[/img]

the place right up the road from me where i got one of mine has a pool table and first thing he does is offer you a beer, but he does excellent work
